How to make it

  1. Let the bryndza and butter soften for 10 minutes so they mix smoothly.
  2. Mash the bryndza with the butter or cream cheese.
  3. Add paprika, finely chopped spring onion and black pepper.
  4. Loosen with a spoonful of sour cream until spreadable, tasting before adding any salt.
  5. Serve on rye bread with sliced radish or chopped chives.
