Good to know before you go

  • Summit places are limited and the upper cable car is sensitive to wind and technical pauses.
  • Reserve the Lomnický štít section in advance; buying only the lower cable car does not guarantee a summit place.
  • Even in summer, take a warm layer and allow time for transfers at Skalnaté pleso.
